Active Sensing

  Real-Time message send to notify a MIDI device is still active although
  no (other) message has been send. Time inbetween two message should not
  exceed 300 ms.

  Data is send in the following form:

    11111110    Active Sensing

  Transmission will take 0.32 ms.
